What you can pay for

Five services, one balance

Every purchase is drawn from the same Naira wallet, priced in Naira, and confirmed with a receipt you can save or share.

Airtime

Top up any Nigerian line on any network. Enter the number, pick an amount, done — no recharge card to scratch.

Mobile data

The live plan catalogue for each network — daily, weekly and monthly bundles with the price you actually pay shown up front.

Electricity

Prepaid or postpaid, across the distribution companies. We validate the meter and show the registered name before you pay, and the token arrives with the receipt.

Cable TV

Renew or change your bouquet from the current package list. Your smartcard or IUC number is checked before the payment leaves your wallet.

Recharge PINs

Buy e-PINs in ₦100, ₦200 and ₦500 denominations — up to 20 per order — delivered as codes you can print, forward or resell.

Referral rewards

Share your code and earn ₦20 for each friend who joins and spends ₦1,000 or more — credited straight to your wallet.

How it works

Fund once. Then it’s two taps.

The slow part of any top-up is the payment. SA Data Sub moves that to the start, so every purchase afterwards is instant.

Create your account

Sign up with your email and a password. Your wallet and purchase history live on your account, so they follow you to any device you sign in on.

Fund your Naira wallet

Pay in through Paystack’s secure checkout — card, bank transfer, USSD, or your phone’s wallet. Your card details never touch our app.

Pick a service

Airtime, data, power, cable or PINs. We validate the recipient — meter, smartcard or phone number — before a single Naira moves.

Get it in seconds

Delivery is immediate and every order gets a receipt. If a network answers slowly, we re-check the order automatically until the result is certain.

Why people stay

Small app. Serious plumbing.

No feed to scroll, no coins to trade, no upsell. It does utility payments, and it does them properly.

Your money is not stranded on one phone

Balances and transactions are held on our servers and reconciled against a double-entry ledger — not cached in an app that a lost handset takes with it. Sign in elsewhere and everything is exactly where you left it.

Locked to you

A transaction PIN guards every purchase, and you can put the whole app behind your fingerprint or face. Credentials are kept in the device’s secure storage.

No ambiguous orders

If a provider is slow to confirm, the order is re-queried until it resolves — so you are never left guessing whether a payment went through.

A receipt you can use

Every purchase produces a shareable receipt with the reference, the token or PIN, and the exact amount debited.

Works on a weak signal

Connection-aware from the ground up: the app tells you plainly when the network is the problem, instead of failing silently.

What we deliberately left out

  • No cryptocurrency, no trading, no speculative products — only Naira.
  • No social feed, no chat, no gamification hunting for your attention.
  • No advertising network, and no selling of your personal data. Ever.
Security

Built like it holds money — because it does

PCI‑DSS Card payments handled entirely by Paystack’s certified checkout
Ledger Double-entry accounting behind every wallet movement
Biometric Fingerprint or face unlock, plus a transaction PIN
TLS Encrypted in transit, verified server-side on every request

We never see your card

Funding opens Paystack’s own hosted checkout. Card numbers, PINs and OTPs are entered there — the app receives only a confirmation.

Every payment is verified twice

A funding is credited only after it is confirmed directly with Paystack and matched to a webhook — never on the app’s word alone.

Duplicate-proof orders

Each purchase carries a unique request id, so a retry on a bad connection can never charge you or deliver twice.

Checked before you pay

Meter and smartcard numbers are validated against the provider first, so you see whose account you are about to credit.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Is SA Data Sub free to use?

The app is free to download and there is no subscription. You pay only the price of the service you are buying; any provider or payment charge is shown before you confirm.

Why do I have to fund a wallet instead of paying per purchase?

Card authorisation is the slowest and most failure-prone part of a top-up. Funding once and spending from a balance makes each purchase near-instant, cuts failed payments, and keeps your card out of the loop entirely.

What happens if a purchase fails?

Nothing stays deducted for an order that did not deliver. We re-query the provider until the result is definite; if it failed, the amount returns to your wallet balance. If something still looks wrong, send us the transaction reference and we will trace it.

Can I withdraw my wallet balance to my bank?

The wallet is for buying the services listed in the app, not a bank account, so it is not a cash-out product. If you funded in error, contact support with the reference and we will work through it with you.

How does the referral reward work?

Share your referral code from the app. When someone signs up with it and their purchases reach ₦1,000, ₦20 is credited to your wallet. Rewards are capped at 10 per day to keep the programme fair.

Which devices does the app support?

SA Data Sub runs on Android and iOS phones and tablets. Services are for Nigerian numbers, meters and smartcards, priced in Naira.

Do you store my card details?

No. Funding runs inside Paystack’s hosted checkout, which is PCI‑DSS certified. We keep a payment reference and the amount — never your card number.
