Terms & Conditions
These terms form the agreement between you and SA Data Sub Global Resources for your use of the SA Data Sub app, wallet and website.
Last updated: 9 September 2026 · Version 1.0
You fund a Naira wallet and spend it on airtime, data, electricity, cable TV and recharge PINs. The wallet is a prepaid balance for buying those services — it is not a bank account and cannot be withdrawn as cash. You are responsible for the numbers you enter. If an order fails, the amount goes back to your wallet. The full terms below govern in every case.
1. This agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and SA Data Sub Global Resources (“SA Data Sub”, “we”, “us”, “our”), covering the SA Data Sub mobile application, the Naira wallet within it, this website, and any related support we provide (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, funding a wallet or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- use the Service for lawful purposes and on your own behalf, or on behalf of someone who has authorised you;
- be transacting on Nigerian mobile numbers, meters and smartcards, in Naira. The Service is offered for use in Nigeria and is not intended for use anywhere else.
We may ask you to verify your identity or the source of your funds where we are required to, or where activity on an account gives us reasonable cause.
3. Your account
You register with your name, email address and a password. Keep your login details, your transaction PIN and your device secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, except to the extent it results from our own failure.
We strongly recommend enabling the app lock (fingerprint, face or PIN). Tell us immediately at sadatasubglobalresources@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We will never ask you for your password, transaction PIN, card PIN, CVV or a one-time password. Anyone who does is attempting fraud.
You may hold one account. Additional accounts created to gain rewards or evade limits may be closed.
4. The Naira wallet
Your wallet is a prepaid balance, denominated in Nigerian Naira, that you use to pay for the services offered in the app. To be explicit about what it is not:
- it is not a bank account, and we are not a bank or a deposit-taking institution;
- it earns no interest and pays no return of any kind;
- it is not a cash-out or transfer product — the balance is spent on the services in the app, and cannot be sent to another user or withdrawn to a bank account as a matter of course;
- it does not involve cryptocurrency, securities, trading or investment of any kind.
Your balance and transaction history are held on our servers and recorded against a double-entry ledger. Our records are the authoritative statement of your balance. If you believe a ledger entry is wrong, contact us with the transaction reference and we will investigate and correct any error we find.
If you funded your wallet in error and have not spent the amount, contact us. We will consider a return to the original payment method, less any charge the payment provider does not refund to us.
5. Funding your wallet
Wallet funding is processed by Paystack, which operates its own hosted checkout. Depending on the channels Paystack enables for us, that may include cards, bank transfer, USSD, direct bank payment and device wallets.
Your card and banking credentials are entered on Paystack’s checkout, not in our app. We do not receive, and do not store, your card number, PIN, CVV or online banking details. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Paystack’s own terms.
A funding is credited to your wallet only after we have confirmed it with Paystack and matched it to their signed notification. A payment that Paystack reports as failed, abandoned or reversed is not credited. If your bank shows the money as gone but your wallet was not credited, send us the payment reference and we will reconcile it.
We may set minimum and maximum funding amounts, and daily or periodic limits, and change them where needed to protect users or comply with our obligations.
6. Services and purchases
Through the app you can buy:
- Airtime for Nigerian mobile numbers;
- Mobile data bundles from each network’s current plan list;
- Electricity for prepaid and postpaid meters served by the distribution companies we support;
- Cable TV subscriptions for the packages available at the time;
- Recharge PINs (e-PINs) in the denominations offered in the app, up to the per-order quantity limit shown.
You are responsible for the details you enter. Check the phone number, meter number or smartcard number before confirming. Where the provider supports it, we validate the recipient and show you the registered name — please read it. A service delivered correctly to the details you supplied has been delivered, and a top-up sent to the wrong number generally cannot be recalled by us or by the network. We will make reasonable efforts to help you pursue it with the provider, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
A purchase authorises us to debit your wallet for the amount shown. Each order carries a unique reference, so a repeated attempt caused by a poor connection will not charge or deliver twice.
Electricity tokens and recharge PINs are delivered in the app and on the receipt. Keep them safe: a PIN or token, once disclosed to someone else, can be used by them, and we cannot replace one that has been used or shared.
Products, plans, denominations and prices come from the networks, distribution companies and our fulfilment partners. They can change, sell out or be withdrawn without notice.
7. Prices and charges
The price of every purchase is shown in Naira before you confirm it, and that is the amount debited from your wallet. Where a charge applies to a purchase or a funding, it is disclosed on the same screen before you proceed.
Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges to a funding payment. Those are between you and them. We may change our prices and charges at any time; changes apply to purchases made after the change.
8. Failed orders and reversals
When a provider does not confirm an order immediately, we re-query it until the outcome is definite. Then:
- Successful — the service is delivered and the debit stands. Your receipt carries the reference and any token or PIN.
- Failed — the amount is returned to your wallet balance. This is normally immediate but may take longer if the delay is at the provider’s end.
- Still unresolved — we keep the order open and pursue it with the provider. We will not leave an order in limbo, and we will tell you where it stands if you ask.
If an order was debited and neither delivered nor reversed within a reasonable period, contact us with the reference and we will resolve it.
9. Refunds
Because these are prepaid digital services delivered immediately, a purchase that has been successfully delivered is not reversible: airtime, data, a cable subscription, an electricity token or a PIN cannot be un-issued once the provider has released it.
We will refund to your wallet where:
- the order failed or was not delivered;
- you were debited more than the price shown;
- a duplicate charge occurred through a fault on our side;
- we are otherwise required to refund by law.
Refunds are made to your wallet balance by default. Where a return to the original payment method is appropriate, we may make it, less any charge the payment provider does not return to us. We do not refund a purchase because you entered the wrong recipient details, chose the wrong plan, or changed your mind after delivery.
To claim a refund, contact us within 30 days of the transaction with the reference. Later claims may be harder to trace with the provider, though we will still try.
10. Referral rewards
You can share a referral code from the app. A reward is credited to your wallet when a person who signed up using your code reaches the qualifying purchase threshold shown in the app. The current terms are:
- the reward is ₦20 per qualifying referral;
- it is credited once the referred person’s purchases reach ₦1,000;
- rewards are capped at 10 per day per account;
- the referred person must be a new, genuine user who signed up with your code.
Referral rewards are a promotional benefit, not an entitlement. We may change, pause or end the programme, and we may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, automation, or any other abuse. Where we find abuse we may also close the accounts involved.
11. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose;
- fund your wallet with money that is not lawfully yours, or with a payment instrument you are not authorised to use;
- buy services for a purpose you know or suspect to be fraudulent, including on numbers or meters obtained unlawfully;
- create multiple or fake accounts, or manipulate referral rewards or promotions;
- use bots, scrapers or automation against the Service, or attempt to test, probe or breach its security;
- reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, or circumvent any limit or control in it;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service in a way we have not agreed to in writing;
- interfere with the Service’s operation or with other users’ use of it.
12. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or restrict your account, or hold a transaction, where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised access, abuse of a promotion, a breach of these Terms, or where we are required to by law or by a payment partner. Where we can lawfully tell you why, we will.
You may close your account at any time — from the app or by emailing us. Before closing, spend down your balance; where a balance remains, contact us and we will deal with it in line with section 4. We may keep records after closure where law or legitimate business need requires it, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
13. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access depends on your device, your internet connection, and systems operated by networks, distribution companies, payment providers and our fulfilment partners. Maintenance, outages at a provider, and force majeure events can all affect availability, and a particular service or plan may be unavailable at any given moment.
14. Third parties
Delivery of the services you buy depends on third parties — the mobile networks, the electricity distribution companies, the pay-TV operators, our fulfilment partner and our payment processor. We select partners with care and pursue problems on your behalf, but the underlying service is theirs, and their terms may also apply to what you buy.
Nothing in these Terms makes us an agent of any network or distribution company, and their trade marks remain their own.
15. Intellectual property
The SA Data Sub name, logo, app, website, design and content are owned by SA Data Sub Global Resources or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for:
- loss arising from details you entered incorrectly, including a top-up sent to the wrong number, meter or smartcard;
- loss arising from a token or PIN you disclosed, lost or shared;
- failure, delay or error by a network, distribution company, pay-TV operator, payment provider or fulfilment partner;
- loss arising from your device, your internet connection, or unauthorised access made possible by your own failure to keep your credentials secure;
- indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity.
Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims relating to a transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction; and our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the total charges you paid us in that period or ₦50,000.
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and we exclude all warranties that the law allows us to exclude.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your use of it for a transaction you were not entitled to make.
18. Complaints and disputes
Please raise any complaint with us first at sadatasubglobalresources@gmail.com, including the transaction reference. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and to resolve matters promptly; where a provider is involved, resolution can take longer and we will keep you informed.
If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, the parties will attempt to settle it in good faith before commencing proceedings. Nothing here removes any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the right to complain to the relevant regulator.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, our partners or the law change. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service and close your account.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, without reducing your rights.
